'Magice Lantern'. I have incorporated an optical
kaleidoscope into the base, so in effect you have a
kaleidoscope image holding up a kaleidoscope.
This is the view from the back, showing the large upper
viewing lens, along with the kaleidoscopic base. Both upper
and lower mirror systems are two mirror images.
The upper image is comprised of two mirrors.
The lower image is also achieved with two mirrors, and
Japanese handmade paper.
